He will wake up shitting his pants and not know why and could possibly run around because he's out of it and disoriented.
Case in point: I used to share a bedroom with my little brother when we were younger and occasionally I would come in late. I turned on the light after he'd been asleep for awhile. He got up and started getting ready for school he was so disoriented. It was great.
