My neighbor was telling me a story about that. He is a cop and the guy who killed the maniac tank driver was a friend of his. He said that he was driving down the street when he saw a broken fire hydrant . He was standing next to it, calling for maintenace when this tank goes lumbering by, followed by 6 police cars.
