I'm having a bit of trouble uploading my demos from CoD4 to youtube. Any idea how to convert it and make it able to be uploaded on to youtube?

As DU showed me not too long ago, Super is the absolute best converter out there.

Having massive trouble downloading super, followed their downloading guide and bla bla bla. Any other suggestions?
record the demo with fraps, put it in the right format with windows movie maker, and upload.
Put it in MPEG4 30fps 320x240 resolution.
I don't have FRAPS and don't really plan on getting it, i've tried other video captures and they aren't working. Various problems like won't save correctly or bad quality or something else =/.
