My dog isn't quite coordinated enough for the Frisbee yet. She likes to slide across the tile slamming into things after a bath. She's not the most graceful dog.

Yeah, I'll say. But pooches from the pound (lol) or an animal shelter tend to be much nicer and much more friendly than a normal dog. They've been battered and all they want is a nice home. When someone gives them a new home, it's like they're grateful. Dogs are the smartest animals on earth, I swear. Or, atleast the most emotional.Kmarion wrote:

She is still timid around other human males (head is always down). But we are working on her social skills. You've just got to put the time in. It's something that I enjoy doing.Poseidon wrote:

I know that was a bit corny, but I worked at an animal shelter (Suffolk County SPCA) and my uncle's two clinics (he's a vet) so I've seen how badly animals can be treated.
