I am looking to extend my kitchen out, double it really. Being in a mobile home though, I am going to have to add a roof to get the right ceiling height throughout. Any experience with that kind of thing?
2000 sq ft. 28x72, kitchen is 12x16, want to make it 24x16, change the rear entrance to make it off the new kitchen instead of through the laundry room. Put a window where the door is now.SEREMAKER wrote:

Sounds good so far. What are you planning on for upgrades to the kitchen? You will get the most return on your money with upgrades to both the kitchen and bath.
More pics, maybe some of the outside?
planning on light color wood, possibly oak (cheaper), to brighten up the kitchen -- also going to put in a larger window in the kitchen, along with the french doors, faux stainless steel (looks like stainless but doesn't show fingerprints and about 20% less then stainless)Strngs012 wrote:

I'll rip out all cabints and replace them (lazy susans, pull outs etc etc ), arch the right wall that leads into the morning room ..... leave the support beam (of course) but put in a floor to ceiling pantry there
