Anyone know where to find the sounds from CoD4? I've had a quick look through the game directory with no success

I just want the challenge complete sound really, as it'd make an ammusing text message alert for my mobile but, I'd like some of the rest too.

Yea they seem to have locked them in a file or something. Its not a single audio file.

Not everyone can be as smart as me (believe that you'll believe anything). Can't find the damn thing though, all I can find is the rank up sound on some random website, which although quite cool, nothing beats that crazy noise for the challenges.

Go into your COD4 directory and into the "main" folder. Inside you should see a load of .iwd files. Just rename the extension to .zip and when you're done rename them back to .iwd. You should find the sounds for MP in iw_11.iwd.
