Could anyone recommened a good Gamming PC capable of running the most demanding graphic games with easy, or perhapes you could brake it down and recommend the best componets so i can get one custom built.

A gamming PC, you say, eh? What is this gamming of which you speak? - it is unknown to me.

EDIT:
Intel Processor - needed
Ask leetkyle for best RAM - DDR2, not DDR3, please
NVidia graphics card - pretty much needed
Some nice fans - hell yeah, that's needed
Water cooling? - your choice
HDD size depends (want some new, snazzy, small and expensive SSDs?) - it's over 9000 1000Gb!
A very good case to give house this beast - could be going into £50/100 here
And a superb motherboard, or you aren't going anywhere! - bloody hell, yes! This is the core of your system it'd better be bloody fantastic!

No he shouldn't. ECC RAM performs worse than normal RAM due to the parity checking.

But DDR3 is a stupid choice.
