ok, well it doesnt take 20 shots to kill on standard mode, the spawn time is realistic, its team death match. if you want to prove skill you play S n D with deacent players, not pub noobs. if you look at the COD 4 main comps such as crossfire lan and i series what mode do they use? Hardcore? hell no
Nah pub ff on hardcore S&D sucks. However I obviously play ff on in clan matches which is fine when people communicate fine.
I've been getting into Realism servers lately. Hardcore with some pretty decent rules if you like the game to be more... well "real".
No nub-tubbin'/nade spamming and absolutely no bunny hopping. Basically, anything that breaks the realism for the other players is frowned upon. Get some good VoIP going and it can be hella fun. Play S&D in one of those and you're in for a treat. IMO it is as close to the SP campaign as you can get in MP.

and the 10 second spawn times can be changed by an admin, find a diff. server if you dont like it :\

Like I've said in other threads....learn to aim/shoot. If there were no crosshairs and radars and such in standard mode, it wouldn't matter. the REAL reason everyone is playing hardcore is because they want cheap, easy kills without having to aim.

Hardcore is much more fun, I only play hardcore. It's not to gain cheap and easy kills, it's just more fun because you can't go Gung-ho into a battle. It's more realistic, yet still has the arcade feel.

I cant STAND normal mode, HC is just..........you actually kill people. You dont have to hit them 3x with sniper to kill them, ill do good in normal, but HC is more enjoyable, HQ mode ESPECIALLY.
