I've always though the more rails the better - something about more reliable flow of power, but I'm not sure.

Well straight out I'd go with the 3x 12v.

Oh I see what you have,
a 620W w/ 3 rails
a 650W w/ 1 rail

Hmm... I'd still go with the 3 rail, tbh. God knows how a single 12v feed can handle all that.

does it have to be one of those 2 PSUs? for a little more money you can get this one from people that make nothing but PSU's and very nice quality ones at that. It has a single rail, but is plenty powerful. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6817703009

Well i need a psu with long cables because i have a Antec P180, and i know corsair has freaking long ass cables.
