never released version 1.01 as I made it during the time BF2s was down, fixed some bugs, probably with voting and stuff.

- The map/commander/kick vote things now show the proper (orange) color in the right places
- Fixed the v1.00 changelog to show all my edits :)
- Changed name for PLA AK-47 to Type-56, was QBZ-56 in 1.00
- Changed name of MEC SF AK-47 back to AK-47, yes this does mean that the gun is called by a different name in SF and BF2 please show me another Loc file that does that
