Anyway, the real reason behind the delay is Take 2's desire to appease their shareholders. They release it in a new fiscal year in order to maximise projected profits or someting and the shareholders benefit.
That Gamespot article blaming PS3 is almost undoubtably from Microsoft, trying to make people think their console is better and reduce PS3 sales and what not.
And who is this guy: Wedbush Morgan Securities' Michael Pachter
What does he know about PS3 game programming? He's an investment banker! How can you trust his views, he's just speculating.
