At least from a good manufacturer, yes, I would say so.

How hard is it to build the computer with this parts I selected?

I've never build a computer before, is it possible for me to do so?

Don't get an MSI board... You would better spend your money on an Asus Striker board instead.

I'd get a different one personally. I'm sure it's fine, but you can get better for the money.
Monitor
SyncMaster 226BW (22 inch)                                    € 329
Excellent monitor, I'm getting the 20" version
Video card
8800 GTS/560 XT (320 MB)                                      € 299
   Great choice
Memory
2 GB DDR2-800 Kit (2048 MB)                                  € 139
What brand is it? Should be good though
Power supply
StealthXStream (600 Watt)                                      € 79

I'd go for a different motherboard also, if I were you. What brand of RAM is that?

What sort of budget can you stretch to? A motherboard is (as guessed) very important. You don't want to skimp out on it! On the note of the RAM, that's fine.

my budget is somewhere around €300 for a mobo
I just saw that the Asus striker extreme mobo has now the same price as the MSI one €269
only the MSI one has 4x16PCIe and the asus 3x16PCIe is that a big difference?
