If someone has two categories (eg. Tech Team / Wiki Member) - what will the text say? I like the badges, but I do prefer the old ones.

It's the amount of info we have under the titles that causes it. Remember that we have 4 rows more stuff there compared with the others, that's why it looks ok to members.

Just make the devider that is above the sig align with the bottom of the bar that goes across.

That makes it look like thisno matter how long your post is.

Yeah, I need to do a mass export of the donators emails and match them up to the pun database so I can give them all the badge. probably this weekend.

Any specific minimum limit for the donater thing? I'm getting a mental image of people PayPaling you $0.01 for a shiny badge.
