The bans generated at PBBANS are used for admins to create server ban lists, I don't think they are true PB BANS.
For PBBANS PBSS bans, PB does nothing except generate random screenshots that are then reviewed by the server admins, questionable PBSS bans can be appealed and are reversed at times.
