The first time I join any server, punkbuster kicks me

I have to refresh again then i rejoin and it works but never the first time. This didn't happen to me in BF2. Any ideas why, thanks.

Well i don't think it's punkbuster now because it says ,"unable to connect to server." When i rejoin i am able to connect on the 2nd try.
