It is GERMAN! BUT they are quite famous! The (i think nearly) won the "Grand Prix de la chansons" one time... (This is this award which is given one time per year which you can see at TV... Award for notgood, notfamous singers)

EDIT: The Icon at the top of the video (which needs windows media player to play) seems to be the icon from this Grand Prix there....

EDIT2: Oh ya, the Grand Prix de la chansons is alsoo known as Grand Prix d' Eurovision...
