can.do you see yourself playing battlefield 2 in a couple of years? for me, i probably will play on and off, but i find it amusing with the stats and stuff, everyone wants to advance sooo much, to just walk away later. thoughts?
ill probably forget about this game in two years.
battlefield 3 will probably be out by then...i'll be killing aliens in my space-tanks.

I can't see myself playing BF2 in two years, but maybe the next BF. However, I think it might have been a good idea to keep stats between games in some way (just like BF2 and SF share stats), because that would probably make the "pokemon spirit" (you got to catch'em all) happy in each player.
On the other hand, I don't see how they would be able to keep the stats/awards if the games are in different time periods etc.
Have to go. Got some Pokemons/Badges to catch

Two years? you dont think they will come out with a game to suplant it before then? and make our new computers obsolete?
Two years is actually not a lot of time in the game development world. I don't know, I doubt it. This game doesn't have the staying power as CS or StarCraft did for me, as much fun as it is.
Probably not though, but that's also because I've been flitting in and out of gaming when the stress calls for it.

bf2 is already a nightmare to play online.
hoping the patch fixes some of the crap..if not..i wont be playing it in a month..let alone 2 years.

I might play it for 2 years unless there would be a very good game like BF2 ( Yeah i think it's very good, I got no issues with it ) then I might change it, but for now I'll keep playing it
