He probably used Creatin. Creatin doesn't make you stronger, it just stores more water in your muscles making you look big.

I know that, thats the problem, your usually gonna follow the manufacturers guidelines on how to use it. Tbh, I'd rather jus do it naturally with high protein foodschittydog wrote:

I, too, am starting my 2nd cycle (stacking), to bulk. My first cycle was extremely successful and had zero side effects.

Also, only n00bs judge people on what weight they're using. It's all about your technique and your routine. There are some massive freaking guys in my gym that work out with relatively small weights. Carrot Top is so lean that you can easily see his muscles working beneath the skin. Guys like that barely have to move and they look like they're straining.
