All right, I searched the forums a long time with no result, so I hope this has not been asked before. 90% of the threads I found for rank and so on were regarding First Sergeant.
Well my score is in the 800s and I am a Corporal whereas my friend's score is in the 3000s but he is still a Lance Corporal. I'm confsued because he has played much longer than me and has a greater global score yet a lower rank. Here is both of our profiles.

He hasn't played for a long time, and I'm starting to get back into it, and he will do the same soon. This doesn't seem like it should affect it because it would seem he should have been promted back when he did play often. If anyone could clear up why I'm at Corporal at the normal score requirement and why even though he is well over the score required he is still a Lance Corporal, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
