...is there a 2.2 version of PCI? Or does this mean something different? How can I find out which version I have?(Yes, i have regular PCI ,shut it. Plus, Fx 5700 is an ok card )

PCI 2.2 is just the revision number.  It uses the same connection as 2.x and 1.x it's just protocol enhancements and speed adjustments.  I'm sure you'll be ok.  What motherboard to you have?
