well!? i just realized that i now frequently go to bed at around 12.30, to be asleep by 1, and then up before 7. how much do you get, usually?

eh... usually not much sleep. I only get about 1-3 a night at most.
as many as i can get... i sleep forever on the weekends.... but usually only 8-9 on weekdays

depends how i work Nights and when i start 6 in the mroning i get around 3-5 hours afternoons and when i´m on my free week i get 10+
