ok past few months my game performance has gone down the toilet. i think its my power supply but i don't know. there is a lag between me and the game. i can shoot someone with a full clip and it does nothing. then they kill me in what i see as one - two shots. today was my last straw, i was playing with my friend i saw him and shot him with the m16a did 4 burst into his upper body, he then pulls his gun out and im dead with one shot, he said i just was laying there not shooting. he picked up my kit and it the clip was full. next i get my sniper rifle, and put the cross hairs on this guys face. shoot and his head just jerks, nothing happens. i then get shot and die. then i get the f2000 go to the guy unload the full clip while he is laying there and it makes him do a dance. he notices im shooting him so he gets up and i then have to get my gl out to at least hit him. does anyone know what my problem is?? i cant even play unless im flying a jet because my shots don't count. its like what im seeing isn't happening.

I think that these issues are similar.  Yours may just be an extreme case.  Your computer thinks that you are firing, but it clearly is making it to the server, or it gets there really late.  Their just out of sync.  That's my guess.  Do you have a fast internet connection?  What's your ping?

yea i do dsl. ping is normaly about 14-45

That tweak thread doesn't make much of a difference.  This game is cheesy with hit detection or even where people are on the screen.  I go from having rounds with a k/d ratio of 80/20 to rounds where I struggle to stay even on IO.  It seems like the game decides when you should be and when you shouldnt be able to hit people.  It has something to do with the games plotting of where players are. 

I have tried the tweaks in that thread, but the same old bs still happens.  You either hit what you aim at or waste an entire clip at point blank range and hit nothing only for the target to flop prone and headshot you. I also enjoy when someone is mid jump and knifes you while you spray them with bullets.

I have a similar problem I think. Recently, for no apparent reason, my accuracy just fell from 22.07 to 21.7% in the course of one or two games. And also, I go prone right in front of someone and unload into them, but then nothing happens. It now takes me on average 3-5 bursts of the G36E or M16 in order to kill someone, and no one stands around for that long. Also, I feel now that I always get killed with one shot. Is it some hardware problem? Or am I just getting worse and worse at this game?

aw so it isnt only me. I hate it its like i can shoot in the same spot every time and then it will finally hit. i tried the tweek it just made me die even easyer haha it was like the a magnet for bullets, didnt see to much of a diff. i even was in the cobra with the cannon firing at someone as they were laying down an it took like 3 sec to kill him thats like 40 bullets lol
