is there any way of stopping admins kicking? everytime I play recently I end up kicking the other teams arse so bad that they get an admin to kick me out of the game

No, an admin is there to look over their server and kick people who they deem unfit to continue playing.
Maybe it is because you "kick the other teams arse", or for some other reason (rules violation, etc.).
