Okay, so I need the Basic Knife to get to my next rank. I played on a ranked server, and ran around the whole round with nothing but the knife out. KDR sucked needless to say, but I got the badge with 10 or so tickets left. Round ended and the next round began. However, as soon as I spawned in the next round, the game crashed to my desktop. Seeing as the round had ended, is there a good chance I'll get the award, or did I need to disconnect from the server to get it counted?

because the server reports the fact that you got the award to the EA stats server and your client does not need to do anything. You could have pressed Alt + F4 a second after you got the award, still the same.Snipingruven wrote:

ya u got the award. but even if u didnt, u will still get promoted sooner or later (just not to first sgt.), just in case u didnt know...
