I call hax. I downloaded 28 Days Later and sure enough, it simply wasn't as good full screen as an HD video would be.
You just have to find where to "download" the video. It all really depends.
You can get HD movies, but they are big...very big.
Oh yeah, I know that HD files are huge, which is why I wonder how soon we really are to the so-called "download age" rather than using mediums like Bluray and HD DVD. But I ask you: are your OC files SD (standard def.)? If so, do they look fine when played full screen? If so, damn you =p
