since the op didn't put in my choice on purpose, i would choose Mica's power instead. Gimmie that and a wifi connection and i pretty much run the modern world. And since he interface via electronics with his mind, just think about how cool that would be. Yeah time could be cool, but what if you get outta control and wind up destroying yourself? Problem with time travel is sooo much could happen IMO. And I watch too much sci fi.


But yeah, it would be sweet to be able to fly an apache just by thinking about it. not so amazing on its face, but who knows what u could develop with that ability. And army of bots?

i dont see mica making any armies, but that would be a sweet power, just not as cool as hiros.

dont mess with time travel!!!! arrrrrrrrrgh!!!!! its soooo tempting but so bad. Unless its short hops. But he went like 5 years, that could be some effed up shite.

It's gotta be being indestructible. Think how much fun you could have with that. You could just behave stupidly recklessly all the time. No more need to use stairs, just jump out of the window. No more transport costs, you could just get a big cannon and shoot yourself where you wanted to go.

Although all of them are tempting, especially mind control and shapeshifting.

By know how they "tick" it means he knows how they work. Thus he knows how people control their powers and how to get them. It was what made him so good at fixing clocks. Thats not my theory... thats what the show says. If you guys didnt realise i suggest you watch the program more closely.

If that includes going back in time it would be so much fun. Id go back to the days of the Spanish Armada with a modern day battleship or aircraft carrier

In the first ep with sylar. He says it himself, he explains how he can hear how things "tick" which is a phrase for how things work. If he knows how things work it is only logical that he understands how these abilities work thus he worked out how to extract them.

Tough choice between Mind Control, Indestructible, Invisibility and Flying.

Flying would be cool but not as cool as mind control. Being able to manipulate anyone to do anything would and possibly could solve world peace. Invisibility would be good for sneaking into enemy territories and killing a high up leader...or going to any hot girl's house... Indestrucible would be awesome as you could also go into any place without fear of being shot. Nothing could stop you.

Overall I'd prefer Mind Control though.

Recent episode of Stargate Atlantis.  Con man had a personal shield making him immune to all physical harm.  Weakness was that it did not protect him from drowning.  Being indestructible could mean someone could throw you in a vat of concrete where you would be trapped for eternity.

Even if you could travel back in time, you couldn't change anything, since then you would have no reason to travel back in the first place.

Some of them are very tempting, and all of them have their own pros and cons, but out of those, I'd take time control.

Why not use mind control to have the leader kill himself.  If he had guards why not mind control them to escort you to the leader or just have them kill the leader?

Mind control the teacher to give you an A for the whole entire course.  In fact, mind Control the dean at the school to give you an A for all 4 years of highschool/college.  And that's just thinking small...

With Mind Control you can make them tell you want happen.

The few things Time Manipulation has on mind control is the ability to learn from past mistakes/situations and redo the whole scenerio, the ability to experiance the past or future, and prevent variables in life not human realated.  Both are good, I would take mind control though..
