Special Forces? more like special needs....I have a 2mb connection and to date havent found a server that doesnt jerk all over the place making it virtually unplayable...sort it out EA...please....other than that I like the concept....patch me up buttercup!
Yeah, I like the new gameplay and the new tactical possibilitys!
But all the *&#$*& bugs really suck much too bad!!! I've seen so much bugs in it, that I think, this is just an alpha release! But one of the worst things (except all those kiddies in BF2 [n00btubers, bunnyhoppers, and so one]) are the BF2 Stats Servers of EA!

I love SF. Except for the occasional round in armor I'm a ground pounder and the gameplay is exactly what I want. And except for the increased verification time, which I hope to remedy soon with another gig of RAM, I have no complaints about lag.

I had some bug today well actually a couple.... the first i could only see 10 servers and mostly full servers, so i had to go to my favorites list to find a server... the next was like mind blowing tripping on acid bug.... my screen was strobing and i could be inside buildings and behind walls and what not and see right through them when it strobed... i know i got a couple of kills this way but it really makes it hard to get out of the buildings.... ummm whats next oh yea, just random crashes completly out of the game, and then there is the freeze time for 20-30 seconds in game and getting killed. anyone else experience this?

My friend and I were playing at a LAN place on the weekend and everytime he got killed his game would jerk all over the place, until it was time for him to respawn that is, but that said it was BF2, not special Forces.

For your information I have tried at least 30-40 different servers located in different countries and I sort the servers in ping order, still doesnt make a difference. If you can suggest any good ones I would gladly try them. Ignore Reef44U I've played on the same server as him and in the same squad and it's all this is unfair that is unfair he's just no good at SF and it upsets him. Besides he crys like a big girl with no dress sense...

I have been through a few other threads and have found a few of your comments about different subjects and found them to be narrow minded, without substance and for the most part irrelevant, also I noticed that when people object to your views you resort to swearing and name calling (always the sign of membership to the morons society) is this how your are in your (dare I use the word...) normal life? I dont ever remember sharing a squad with you...unless that time someone in a squad I was in went on a TK'ing spree...maybe that was you. @ Reef44u, maybe have a look at graphics setup. It's just a suggestion as there's been loads of problems for players that previously ran bf2 on high, that now have to run bf2 SF on med or even low. I know you said your system was more than capable, but so was mine . I play on servers all over the world and since I've tweaked my settings, I don't have any problems.

Have a look at your resolution setting as well. Again, I used to have mine on the highest and now have had to go down to the minimum... there's not much in the way of picture loss except images are not as sharp. Check the audio settings, these too have an impact. Have a look through the Bf2 SF help section, there's plenty of threads on there that might be of help to youReef44u wrote:

oops, nearly forgot. I had a long discussion with an EA UK tech... the upshot is. Since the new patch 1.12 and SF, they have incorperated a new renderer which uses more in the way of resources, so what was once a perfect setup on the minimum of specs, you either have to upgrade or adjust accordingly.
