i cant play in a server that has more than 32 people in it with out lagging out. so is it possible to get 40 kills while engineer ? do commander kills count as kills when trying to get a Badge ?

Just do it the nub way as a commander in a tank on Karkand. You know you want to.
use kankand, hop in M1A2 and camp at hotel, you will get your 40 kills

It actually helps to play on a 64 size server with under 32 players - longer rounds, and thus a better opportunity to get your kills.
And, yes, either the tank or an APC on Karkand or Ghost Town should eventually give you the kills.

Use the Linebacker on Ghost Town, that's usually good for 50-60 kills. lol
When I got mine I was a commander on warlord 32/64.

Mi-28 is srs lollage. We only had the helo after a steal for about 5 minutes. Raping mec with there own chopper and scoring near 100 kills in less then half a round = priceless.
got mine on Ghost Town town in a tank. once you learn how to one shot a tank its easy:] and them choppers like to fly low so its easy 2 kills:]
warlord 32 p infantry only or look for server with 30 to 45 min time limit !
take a pla tank at wake when usmc have beach , take T-90 from airfield and let the carnage take place

i would sugest u get a tank and just drive around and rape bases just wait for them to have one or twp bases left and head for the action
Engineer combat was the first expert badge what I got, 32 player server, karkand and tank.
engineer: iron gator, hind, sk12 = expert engineer and expert engineer specialist
if u wanted to be a true engineer then take the T-90 on warlord true engineer armour pro or just do any of the above
Engineer + Ghost Town + Linebacker = Vehicle whoring, 40 kills, Expert badge
