I wonder if anybody will find this interesting....So here are the rules:

  • Vote and give a few reasons why you voted how you did.
  • Say a few things you wish you could change or how you can improve on something.


I voted 70% because I don't exercise at all lately. I don't eat very well (not enough) but do not eat fast foods. I am slim weighing in at 125lbs. I don't sleep well. I on average, get to bed around 2-3 am and wake up around 10 am. I don't have much motivation during the day...

To improve: I should get to bed before 1 am every day. I should go for a jog every morning/evening and lift weights for atleast 15 min every morning. I should eat more. That should put me in atleast 80%.

I voted 70% also, I'm a bit overweight, but I'm on my school's baseball team which gets me the exercise to not be 60%

I'm pretty much healthy.

I lift weights 3 days a week and run 2 days a week, about 2 miles a day.  Started to run out side more instead of running on my treadmill at home but the weather has been really cold and wet lately.

100%. Excercize almost daily, very good shape. Underweight, but I literally can't put more on. Ain't exactly perfect physique, but still very good. Lot of muscle, very little fat, good muscle tone and anaerobic performance, and imroving aerobic.
That IS in general, though. Currently I'd hit 90%; legs sore from my karate grading last week, eyes and nose streaming like crazy due to spring, multiple headaches from smacking my head hard on a wooden beam last night and a still-healing cut from it, and still hacking up mouthfuls of gunk because the humidity change causing me to inhale a lot of second-hand smoke.

Organic != healthy, though. Organic == overpriced, overhyped alternative to cheap disease-free GM food.

80% at the moment.  It's rainy as hell here in Oregon so I can't get out on the bike much, only like 10-15 miles a week .  But I'm a vegetarian so I eat well pretty well...

i voted 90% - I'm up at 5:15 am and at the gym for 30 mins of cardio and then weights till about 7 am - 6 days a week - eating possiably could be better but I'm not eating the hippy organic stuff - boiled chicken, raw potates, protein shakes, eggs & bacon, trail mix for me

5'9" and 201lbs with 9% bfm - I'm in awesome health

I have to say 100%. I run 4-8 miles a day and watch what I eat.

I exercise every day. I work outside doing physical work and then after that I go to the gym and lift weights then go home and run 5 miles. I eat mainly just healthy food. Once in a while I might eat something unhealthy, but not too often. I'm 20 years old and have no noticable fat on my body   Right now I voted 100%, but in the future I'm sure it won't be. I had major back surgery 4 years ago and I know that in my mid to older ages it will cause problems so I mosy likely won't be able to do much physical things.

I play Ultimate Frisbee for my High School, no we aren't a bunch of hippies who smoke weed (well, not all the time) and aren't athletic at all...We are hardcore 3rd in the state (as of now) Ultimate Players who practice 4 days a week.

Other than that, I lift weights at my house and at the gym 4 times a week.

I eat like shit though.  Right now I'm stuffing my face with Smores pop-tarts and cheese and crackers...And MILK!  Thank God milk is my favorite drink.

iam 90% right now, because i am doing track and field right now, run about 1500-4000m or 1mi to 2.5mi
i am 120-130lb, 5ft 9-10in
usually i am round 75-80% healthy
not usually get sick
i am underweight and not really in shape, i don't do weights or lift
but eat good food, rice, soy product, vegetable, fruit, fruit juice and meat, usually no junk food, bad snack, dessert

guess what race i am?
i eat rice everyday, good at math and science, like to get great grades

i'm somewhere around an 80%, but i'm working on getting to 100% when my schedule allows. any suggestions on ideas on how to get more bang for my buck meaning on how i  can maximize my workout in a short amount of time. please PM me with ideas.

i smoke all the time...i drink alot on weekends with friends.
workout everyday (situps, pushups, weights etc)
still lookin good
