And the Scythe UltraKaze 120mm fan. It's 38mm thick so I had to unscrew the hard drive cage slider thingies on my P182.

4-pin fans will work with 3-pin power supplies. Just peel one side off the extension cable protective plastic.

its for copying dvds, reads of the master drive and writes straight onto the slave drive. muchhh faster
