Sep 11th 2001 the unthinkable happened or was it that unthinkable come think of it ?

Yes i know the subject have been debated over and over again but i feel until the full truth and nothing but the truth is served the lives lost, their families and the American people cannot rest in true peace about one of the biggest cover-ups in global history.

This is not another thread about how the Bush administration is behind the terror attacks on the world trade centers or pentagon but a tribute to those who have spend more than 5 years trying to get the answer why and how could this happened with all the warnings given from several sources internally and from abroad.

There wouldn`t even have been an commission if it wasn`t for the Jersey Girls or the work of Paul Thompson who spend an considerable amount of time binding news about the pre- and post incidents together on this website.

I`m sure many of you have read and visited this website and have your opinions about the commission and the conditions they had to cope with during their work and how uncooperative the government was providing them with information - 2,5 million documents to read and still many of the most important questions goes unanswered and still there are lots of documents highly classified by the government !

So the question is still why and how, how did it happend and why are the US government covering up the facts about 9/11 both before and after incidents ?

Yes, because admitting that members of Bin-Laden's family flew out of the country (despite a federal ban on flights) is a DEFINITE threat to national security.

CIA dealt with many of the players involved in 9/11 (KSM and OBL to name 2)

A massive amount of intelligence failures. Years of them.

Ridiculous amount of bureaucracy led to inaction on the actual day.

There also might have been some complacency by the American Government in stopping it.

A minute chance that it was fully/partially planned and/or carried out by the American Government/New World Order/shadow ruling commission.

Are we talking immediate response? Consider the situation, I know what I saw. I remember thousands of EMT, Firefighters, and Police moving in to save lives. They were rushing into buildings in which people were literally jumping out of windows to escape from. I need the specific criticisms you have. Unless the Jersey Girls have some kind of top secret clearance I don't know about I can't see how they could have a grasp on the entire rundown of what happened.

Oh, but it isn`t - i wrote the thread and specifically wrote in the opening statement that it isn`t another conspiracy thread but a tribute to the few that have worked hard to get a few answers, and imho they receive the same shocking treatment as soldiers wounded in battle and thats a disgrace !

@Kmarion - The issue here is with all the background info the government had is:

*Why was there no warning ?
*How could they let this happend ?
*When the first plane hit tower 1, why didn`t the terror alarm sound throughout the country - tower 2 could have begun evacuation much sooner !
*Why did all the precautions only go out to the top brass ?

I cant believe some of you dont see the need for a full invastigation around 9/11 !

But i see your point madde and even that guy had a couple of points also made by others like the cancel of flightplans for several pentagon employees and the fact that Ashcroft and others flew charterplanes shortly before 9/11 because of the "imminent" hijack threat !
