That may explain why I "love" some of you so much despite me being here such a short time.

The last five/six posts in this thread is why i think this hall of fame for the DST regulars is a bad thing, it only enchances the barriers between it`s users to a degree that`s not healthy when we need to keep a level head discussing different issues - this will only lead to more flaming and personal attacks

Oh, please. Me and usmarine already hate each other, and our conversation on gun related issues proves that we can still be reasonable on occasion.

Never said you where the worst though, but if you dont care about a thread or issue why slip a oneliner at all ? ...... usmarine is the expert of doing just that !

And as you might have noticed ATG a lot of people actually want to know what you in particular have to say about an issue, many forum members use yours and Camerons opinions as reference and that often before they make up their mind about the issue - that`s not such a hard thing to figure out !

With that said i hope you understand my motives about this - a oneliner from you can often kill a thread since others disgard that thread since ATG and/or Cameron doesn`t bother to post there

Just an observation and perhaps a wrong one !
Been thinking about what you said, and I disagree that a one-liners by my can do that.

don't think the back and forth is any worst than in other threads.  so far this has been fun i think because its recognizing people who have contributed to the DST.  nothing wrong with that cause the guys who are in right now really contributed alot.  others who have also contributed will also eventually get in.

for the time being, Kmarion will be administrating the Hall of Fame so as to give greater credibility to the process.  He will be implementing a silent vote system, no polls, in the the future for Hall of fame votes.

Besides, this is all about you feeling good with what you posted.  If you are confident enough, you don't need the acceptance of other people.  Of course, it's nice to be recognized for your "efforts", but the most important thing is to stick to your principles when making a post.
