Hi guys,

Today on the Battleforce Teamspeak some members, Chris, Bumrar, blueteam, Lordrut and myself decided to record a conversation with Electronic Arts Technical Support in which we would question them about the current "EA Master Server Crisis" and try to obtain official word from either a manager or supervisor in the company. This conversation is one of the most hilarious things i have ever done, it is brilliant and damn worth viewing it is also extremely interesting to hear what they have to say..."

just listened to it - EA are really pathetic, they just repeat the same drivel over and over! blah blah we are sorry sir we have not been informed etc. They really should put more effort into tech support

Of course we don´t, but honestly people sitting in the phones all day doing support have one of the worst possible jobs you can get everyone is furious ( normally with full rights ), and they are truely incompetent as well there won´t be any genious sitting on the other end of the phone answering your questions generally they just have a "book" they looks through and crosses their fingers and prey to god your question is their.

engineers don't talk to call centre agent !. 
if the server is down,
1. the customer rings tech support,
2. they email engineering to say they are getting loads of calls saying the server is down,
3. engineers look at the server and go, oh its down, and then start working on it, they don't give tech support an estimate of when it will be fixed.
4. so all the phone monkey can do is say it is down and don't know when it will be back,

but well done for freaking them out ! and there is no way "his supervisor" was a real supervisor, it was probably the agent sitting beside him.
