Sounds like a party. I seem to remember watching a show about how people in I think New Orleans have these massive parties centered around crawdads, but also have more seafood in general than I have ever seen in one place. Sounds like fun.

Nice, that’s the way my Grandfather used to do them back in North Carolina.(just not in that big of a batch). He used to say “Crawdads is some of the best eating around.”

Half my family lives in the south (Biloxi, MS.). I don't like seafood myself, but I love the whole culture that surrounds food in the south. Crawfish feasts are amazing... i just don't eat them.
