I have passes 43300 points I am now at 43696 and I haven't ranked up I played about 4 rounds last night and I Passed the mark in the second round.

Well I haven't played 2142, but it's probably the same as BF2 for this... in BF2 the problem you describe is quite common. Just wait for the stats server to catch up (a few hours or so usually, but sometime even a day).

Also, like cospengle said, this problem was quite prevalent in BF2. Depending on how bogged down the stats servers are, it can take anywhere from ten minutes to a day or two to update and for you to get your rank.
Just keep playing and be patient. It'll come.

Patch probably does not cause this; delays are a normal thing from time to time.

Well it also show the same in my BFHQ with the bar full.
I had the issue recently... it should be good the following day after you score a single point to finally commence the rank-up.
i also got the same problem mate im not ranking up or score changing at all.my score stays at 45487 and i played all night last .also awards aint showing up either anyone else have this problem.
Regular bug.. you will rank up eventually and your points will keep registering... only thing you will have to wait for is an icon it will come around eventually, when EA master server gets it right
