For the first time in ages, I didn't even watch the match. I was surprised by the result - we held them to a single goal - but there was no doubt who was going to win. The players don't give a shit these days, they are just concerned by how many tens of thousands of pounds a week their agents can get them.

this is a great point! sven was paid too much and didnt show any emotion. but he was a good manager. he made some bad decisions for the world cup but he was still a good manager. i aint a great football fan but when england used to play, i would get excited, not anymore imo the players are up them selfs and the manager should be sacked

Good at Club level doesn't make for good at International level, same goes for Gerrard.

Gerrard and Lampard cannot play in the same midfield, and that's a fact.

The players are paid too much, the clubs are too far in debt, there needs to be video replays like most sports have today.

Lincoln City- my team, was one of the very few teams that made a profit last year, surprisingly, chelsea did not appear on the list.
