To date, there is no cure for any (yes, ANY) virus. There are treatments, but no way to actually CURE someone from a viral infection. By the sheer nature alone of the HIV virus, it would not be the first virus to be 'cured.' The common cold, influenza and the such would come first.

Oh...and by the way...there is no such thing as the 'AIDS virus.' AIDS is a condition. HIV is the virus that causes said condition. Iran = full of shit. News media wrong, as normal.
