Maybe there should be a law. Like where you can't sue the government. Maybe we shouldn't be able to sue cops. Police abusing thier power is an urban legend anyway.
I'll to defer to a lawyer to answer whether the police can hold someone who has warrants while they are demanding medical treatment. Let her sue . . . it's the new American Way for deadbeat criminals to get rich. Why should she be the exception?
