I'm a lefty when it comes to pretty much anything: eating (utensils), writing, bowling, etc. I use a computer regularly though (mouse in right hand) and same with joystick (just because the button layout on my Microsoft Sidewinder Pro is with all the buttons on the left side = not compatible with having left hand on joystick)

well the basic symmetrical microsoft optical mouse is left/right handed.
not sure what's with this "rzer copperhead" shit.
XP has mouse options to set whether you want right or left click to be main.
so 5 dollar mouse is plenty sufficient.
