Hey everyone this is a poem I wrote about a girl that rejected me a few days back, let me know what you think and also, should I ask her out again???
Stuck In My Head
I remember that night, that one starry night,
I had a crazy thought,
I couldn't sleep, cuz I kept thinking,
"Man, that girl is hot"
So the next day we met face-to-face,
And I asked her out to lunch,
She said no, my heart stopped beating,
Oh man that was a rock-hard punch,
I tried to forget her,
But she kept showing up in my head,
I couldn't feel my heart beat anymore,
So it had to be fed,
The questions, gossiping, emberassment,
That'e one heck of a fee,
But her eyes, her hair, and even her tears,
They all look so fine to me,
So ever since that one starry night, my thoughts are filled with her,
Whenever my time is free,
All these thoughts, all these emotions,
They're like a little tree,
Keeps growing, budding, blossoming,
These roots aren't gonna die,
This poem I wrote for her,
I guess you're wondering why,
I don't really know,
It's all so confusing,
Don't know which way to go...
