Its the whole 'scaling walls' thing being the reason Snipers should have both. Snipers are meant to be the sneaky ones, not Assault.

I think it is fine how it is, having a grappling hook would be just.......meh, Zipline is fine.

I think they should have both because ziplines are good for getting down from a high place or going from building to building but u can't really go up a zipline. Grapples would be nice for climbing up to good sniping spots like buildings with no ladders, that way an enemy player can't kill u as easily. Even if he throws a grapple up there, u will hear it and can kill him before he reaches the top.

Should stay with just the zipline.  Snipers were meant to not have the hook...would kinda make it unfair, especially to have both.

there is a reason we have kits in bf2, each one with it's own advantage

There's enough lack of teamwork in BF2 already, making a sniper able to not only get into hard to reach places but quickly escape from them too would be too much. If you need to get somewhere then ask a teammate to help out.
Personally though I would like it because I like to snipe but it would give them too much of an advantage.
