BF2S Forums Jenna Jameson Dead At 36

LOS ANGELES — When a police officer went to the home Beverly Hills early Dec. 16, 2006, he found Jenna Marie Jameson dead — lying on her back, with a Fentanyl drug patch stuck to her chest.

Wednesday afternoon, two Oakland residents were charged with selling Ms. Jameson, 36, the prescription drugs that police believe killed her.
An autopsy showed that Ms. Jameson died of a drug overdose and confirmed that Fentanyl was in her system.

Daniel J. Ruskuski Sr., 44, and Nancy Marie Engel, 41 were both charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy.

In interviews with Oakland city Police officers, Mr. Ruskuski and Ms. Engel had each blamed the other for selling the Fentanyl patches to Ms. Jameson.

Ms. Engel told police officers that Mr. Ruskuski sold Fentanyl patches that had been prescribed to his mother Anna Ruskuski, according to court documents.

She told police that around dusk on Dec. 15, 2006, she received a phone call from Mr. Ruskuski indicating that Ms. Jameson was coming to his house to buy the prescription drug patches. She then went to Mr. Ruskuski's house and was there when he sold two patches to Ms. jameson for $300, according to court documents.
Ms. Jameson put one of the patches on her body, then asked how to cut the second one so that she could chew on it.

Ms. Engel told police that Mr. Ruskuski showed the famous pornographic actress how to cut the drug patch. Ms. Jameson put one-half in her mouth and the other half in her pocket, then left.

Her 2004 autobiography, How to Make Love Like a Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale, spent six months on the Bel-Air Times Best Seller list.
