And it looks like crap, all these wires are everywhere in my room, but I don't care. No more massive lag spikes. You'll only see my 2142 KDR going up from now on. It's like night and day. Note to any potential wireless customers: DO NOT, EVER, GET WIRELESS.

One _{little tiny}Fiber Optic Line works for me. 16.8Mbps/ 1.7Mbps not to shabby Also over 300 all digital TV channels w/ over 50 in HD. Oh, its also is my land line phone connection, free long-distance in US.
Edit: Only $40USD /mo. Unlimited Bandwidth. Google:Verizon FiOS Last BF2 patch, 1.41=535 Mb, I downloaded it in under 15 mins... So in a nut-shell Wired Wins!

I don't know. Maybe it's because I had a regular (non-gaming) router, an old Dlink DI-524. It's not 802.11g, only 802.11n, and not MIMO either. I did, however buy a high-gain antennae for it. I've heard that people have more problems with the USB model of wireless receiver than the PCI model, guess what I had. The USB. But it's all good now. You guys with good wireless connections are lucky, and I hope the rest of the crappy wireless connection group gets a long-ass CAT5 cable, and run it to your computer.
