Lawyers are most important in regards to your rights.... every aspect of society, politics, and freedom in general all boil down to your right to a lawyer and your right to a free trial.

Oh the service industry because if you go back futher, that breaks into the Production industry as in who provides us food and pretty much ever thing we do need to survive.. Which out them we'd all die, if that is what falls into that catagory.

good topic, but I think teacher/educator/scholar is probably the most important proffesion, you couldnt have any other without that industry.
