your either playing single-player or playing on unranked servers you have to play on multi-player and ranked servers.

If you cut your teeth on unranked servers you are going to have an easy time in the ranked ones... Look for the rank stripes on the left side of the server list. This indicates your playing on a ranked server, where any points earned will accumulate. Welcome to the forums here is your first karma...
Thanks guys. I bought the game one year ago but I don't play often. I did not know what ranked servers are, so I guess I've only played on unranked. But now be very afrraid of my stats lol.
