Thanks for taking the time to make these up. I do have a suggestion though. Whenever someone gets a kill in the F-18, "person[F/A-18 SH]person" (or something like that) comes up. However, the model in the game is not the F/A-18 E/F (Super Hornet), but the F/A-18 C/D (Hornet). You can tell from the intakes, the Super Hornet has squarish, rectangular ones, whereas the regular Hornet has curved ones. Just change that, and all is well.leetkyle wrote:

Problem Corrupt File>>???

Second, is it possible to change the message "You were killed by n00bmei$ter," to something like "You were killed by n00bmei$ter, with a Hand Grenade"? It's displayed in the top left corner as "n00bmei$ter [Hand Grenade] you" but in a crowded server with a lot of kills going on and servers displaying all their rules, that line sometimes scrolls out so fast you won't know what killed you. The "You were killed by..."-line stays longer, so it would be nice to include the cause of your death there. I've tried editing this myself, but I can't get it right.
The line I am talking about is on row 2990 in English.utxt:
HUD_CHAT_YOUWEREKILLEDBY You were killed by §0#PLAYERNAME#§1
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When i try to download the file it say that the file is corrupted !

If you use WinRAR just click 'Repair' when the file is highlighted and chose where to place the new archive. Then it should work with no corruptions!mp_3-dk wrote:

Does anyone know the code for yellow text? I know this is the code for orange: §C1001, but for yellow?
I think the yellow text is reserved for commander only. I did read somewhere that other colours (green etc..) where not possible to use in this way. I think it's only the orange you can use.MGS3_GrayFox wrote:

Yeah, I tried that before, didn't work. Thanks for your effort, though. I think it's not possible to solve this, seems as weapons aren't coded to be displayed ay these messages.Missionless wrote:
