Hydra are the tv missiles, if im not much mistaken, it only shows up whenyou shoot a veichle someone is getting out of at the exact second of impact, any time before it says Cobra any time after it says (veicle they were in)

ive had it a few times.

You are mistaken
the Hydra are the dumbfire rockets that the attack chopper pilot can fire. Normally American/European weapon. Not sure if the MEC/PLA rockets have the same name.
