I'm gunna buy that game.
In regards to the low setting, My friend plays it on low at his house, and he can't see any tracers, shells, or flames. Kinda disapointing.

Try this, it isn't 100% accurate but it comes really close. It uploads your comp's specs and compares it to the minimum and recommended specs and tells you what is required and what will run fine with it.
CoH requires you to micromanage an extremely small number of units over impossibly large tournament maps. That is my primary criticism.
Ive played this game since the multiplayer beta, and its worth a a buy if you like war games or RTS.
