I searched to see if this topic had already risen, but failed to find it. Either I suck really hard, or it hasn't been brought up yet.

So without further ado, my question:

What kind of mouse/joystick do you guys game with? And what would you get (if money were no factor?)

Me? Dell 100% cheapo came-bundled-with-pc-optical-mouse-on-a-cable, which serves me surprisingly well. I would quite like to try out a joystick for flying at some point. At the moment the thought of actually having to *gasp* buy something puts me off. How much is a decent one? Cause you can always get those crappy £4.99 ones but I reckon they're not very good if they don't have all the right buttons, yeah?

My mouse is a Razer Diamondback, and I love it so much I wouldn't change it with anything that's on the market at the moment.

Or one of those mice that ahve the weights in them so you can cuztomize the feel of it

i've got a logitech mx518 and a saitek cyborg evo joystick,they do me o.k. i don't think anything more expensive would make any difference to my gameplay.

I have a Logitech G5, and Satiek ST290, and I have a Zboard (one with a removable keyboard. Wish I would have gotten the G15.) I do not use my joystick at al, matter of fact, I do not even see it near my PC, and I do not know where it is at. Oh well.

Standard logitech laser mouse here, kinda annoying, sometimes it just freezes, and sometimes it goes banana, making me rotate 10 times on the spot. (Maybe my mousemat is just crap :p)

Ah yes, and Logitech Extreme 3D Pro w00tstick.

And G5. MX518s are good if you want more buttons, but G5s have the higher DPI. MX518s also aren't 'furry' like the G5.

I like the furryness. My old 510 made my hands sweat like crazy which would make it dirty every time I used it.
