I highly doubt that until you can give detailed information about where, for example, Karkand should be located.

hm... i dont know the exactly Name and Location.. all i know is that "Karkand" ist the Name of a tiny district in a bigger City.

I've looked for real locations for Kubra Dam and Karkand before on google, didn't find anything. Nice find though! The dam looks pretty impressive.
